Aaron Doades leads product development where he is responsible for the strategic direction and innovation for Magnetic’s product offerings. Prior to this role, Aaron served as head of yield and account management at Magnetic where he managed and developed search retargeting optimization strategies, and focused on growing relationships with existing clients. With experience in sales and business development across publisher sites, display networks, affiliate firms, and data companies, Aaron brings a holistic media perspective to Magnetic with a dedicated interest in the intersection of real-time bidding, data targeting and dynamic creative. Before Magnetic, Aaron served leadership roles in sales and business development at Solve Media (formerly Adcopy) and Brightgeist Media (formerly Precision Prospects). He was also the founder of Mighty Penny, an ad-supported online gaming site, which was sold in 2008. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Maryland, College Park.
